Principal Consultant LN brings with him more than 14 years of experience in software, consulting and project management. He has consulted several reputed clients in US, Europe and India for IBM, Infosys, PWC, iGate, Ness Technologies, AXA Group Solutions and Synowledge. He has spearheaded process implementation initiatives in several organizations in enabling organizations to achieve higher maturity levels. LN designed and developed Adaptive Management System (AMS) (which has been filed for patenting) and Adaptive Process Maturity System (APMS) which can help companies leapfrog in their process improvement journey. He has conducted more than 100 trainings, public workshops in the areas of project and process management. Senior Consultant Sridevi brings in 15+ years of IT experience including Project Management, Software Development, Quality and Testing. She has participated in several CMMI Assessments, ISO 9001 and Information Security implementation programs. She has very good experience in application testing including various testing tools such as Rational SQA Suite 6.1, Win Runner 7.01 and Silk Test 5.0. Sridevi is a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Software Test Engineer, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds Post Graduate diploma in Computer Applications and Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Kiran has 2+ years of process consulting experience with Ness Technologies in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI. Profile of Process Consultant
A Process Consultant is a Process Expert who helps Projects and Accounts in their planning, execution, process implementation and improvement journey. This is a Leadership position requiring both technical and managerial abilities. He/She is expected to be an authority in the areas of Software Quality Assurance (ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma, and Project Management Practices)
Key activities
Help projects set-up project processes (planning and tracking mechanism, metrics) Conduct process compliance audits Drive process improvement activities (Six Sigma or any other method) Monitor metrics programs implementation Conduct trainings in the areas of Software Quality Participate in critical engineering / management reviews of the project Participate in Project Initiation and Knowledge Sharing sessions Promote Knowledge Sharing across the units
