- Vishal Bhargava Founder/CEO
Vishal had been an hobbyist in the internet marketing space since 2001, right after obtaining a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He did his MS from North Carolina and then worked as a senior associate developing equity portfolio trading strategies for Flextrade, an algorithmic trading platform vendor in New York. Finally, he decided to pursue his hobby as a full time career and created iMediaBlitz in 2005.
- Himanshu Aggarwal Founder/COO
Himanshu Aggarwal obtained his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Delhi in the year 2001. He has over 3 years of experience working in the US in a high-end technology company in Boston, Massachusetts and Raleigh, North Carolina. He worked on development of storage systems, file systems and kernel development. He was also involved in building the next generation Content Delivery Networks. During 2001 he worked on consulting projects for Sapient Corp, USA.

Gaurav is a final year PhD candidate at Carnegie Mellon University, with an expertise in IT policy and Security and has a very strong background in pattern recognition, statistical analysis and prediction of trends.

1. Core web Team: They are looking for web developers with extensive experience in PHP / Mysql / Smarty/ Perl with good experience in implementing projects for clients. Rapid development and deployment skills are a must.
2. Content Team: Journalists, writers, content writers, active bloggers with experience in writing for online media are required. You would be required to write on a variety of different topics. Domain knowledge of the finance sector would be a plus. SEO knowledge would be a plus too.
3. SEO/SEM Team: They are looking for extremely bright people having proven experience in the field of Search Engine Optimization. Being upto date with the current trends in the industry is a very important criteria. The person has to be extremely innovative and have a systematic and scientific approach.
4. Business Development Team: Smart dynamic individuals with previous work experience in finance, market research or marketing experience.
5. R&D Team: They are looking for exceptionally bright people with experience in Perl, C, natural language processing, Search engine algorithms, python with extensive experience in Linux are welcome to apply.
