Mamtha Banerjee, was previously the Director of Technology at Travelocity and has over 14 years of experience building high performance internet applications. Mamtha has an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is an outdoor enthusiast (enjoys hiking, camping and running) and was the co-founder of the Asha, Dallas chapter.
Sanjay Joshi, has over 14 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of large scale e-commerce web sites. He was previously the VP of Engineering and member of E-team at ISD Corp and also held technology leadership positions at Travelocity. Sanjay has a Master's degree in Computer Science from South Dakota State University. Sanjay is an ace Table-Tennis (ping-pong) player, an avid bungee jumper and a sports buff.
Vandana Chandra, (a.k.a Vandana Ms. Yogi) is our resident personal finance whiz. She graduated from BITS Pilani and has over 5 years of experience in financial advisory services and business development. Vandana is a camping enthusiast and enjoys driving on the right side of the road :).
Kiran K Karthikeyan, is our product manager. He is an MBA in Finance and Systems and brings over 4 years of experience in functional design of software applications. Other than work, Kiran enjoys watching movies from all parts of the world of which he has a growing collection.

- Web Developer / UI Design Expert
We are searching for outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative products for the next generation of social networks.
We are looking for a creative individual with an inclination towards graphics/UX design for web applications with a good understanding of wire frame concepts and the ability to develop rapid html prototypes which showcase ideas. Usability experience is a definite plus.
Must Have: Ajax, dhtml, css, javascript, flash Frameworks: Web application development under ASP.Net / C# preferred Software: Familiarity with standard graphics application packages like Adobe Illustrator/PhotoShop Experience: 2 yrs minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from good school (alternatively, design school with technical qualifications for web development)
- Product Manager
You will manage one or more product lines starting with identifying consumer requirements, defining the product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, performing business development, forming strategic partnerships and driving the implementation of the overall product roadmap while working closely with the core development team. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial products (mutual funds, equities or insurance), product management, business development and consumer marketing roles with exposure to internet products are required. An MBA in Finance or equivalent is required. If you also have a passion for personal finance and consumer internet, do apply.
- Software Dev Manager/ Tech Lead
This role is a proactive one where the individual is expected to be self-motivated and active as a key member of a dynamic team. You will be expected to be "very hands-on" and competent with technical work in a creative, fun and a fast-paced environment. You will work with the CTO and take an active role in developing the "concept through implementation" plan for various ideas and guide your team through full development life-cycle. You must be confident in researching, understanding and implementing newer technologies. And of course, have the ability to float between projects and be a skilled problem solver.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech from leading institutes/universities
- At least 6-9 yrs of web dev exp using ASP.Net and related tech
- 2+ yrs of which in leading small/med technical teams
- Passion for all things web (Web 2.0, specifically!) - Believer in ownership vs. being an employee Technical Requirements:
- 4+ yrs of exp in HEAVY ASP.Net 2.0/ADO.Net 2.0, C#, XML, XSLT - SQL*S 2000/05, and applied knowledge of RBDMS concepts
- Experience in high-vol, scalable n-tier web apps using ASP.Net - Front-end technology knowledge a plus: JavaScript/AJAX, CSS, etc.
- Desired: familiarity with CMS and Social Networking apps
- Forum Moderators (part-time and full time)
Moderators with a passion for personal finance, and investing should be able to manage forums and communities. Moderators need to be internet savvy and have good written communication skills.
