• Software development openings

1-3 years of experience - Software engineers, Senior Software engineers 3-6 years of experience - Senior Software engineers, Team leads, Architects Experience with at least one strictly typed, object-oriented language like C++ or Java

• RIA development skills

RIA development using Flex, AIR and Flash or Silverlight and WPF Actionscript 3 XML handling (E4X, XPath, XQuery)

• Server side development skills

Core Java and OOAD skills Java NIO Experience with Linxu, Apache and MySQL Exposure to web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)

• General requirements for the development related skills

Object Oriented design exposure is a must. Knowledge of design patterns, Apache server, HTTP (Protocol knowledge) TCP/IP & UDP will be an advantage. Experience developing office productivity applications is an advantage. Knowledge of document formats (especially ODF) is an added advantage.
