There were many names considered for the venture before finalizing Neo Quiz Spot. After a brief mind-storming, they have started as Northern Peaks Quiz, the name chosen as a dedication to Himalayan mountains in 2008. To quote the founders again, "It was the most fundamental branding mistakes, the name was too long and had too many syllables. The name was later shifted to our present name in the the summer of 2010".[4]

Number of Employees
The company was started with Sai Prakash Maddala and Nikhil Kuruganti. Due to the growing demands and to add competency Harish Venkateshwaran was pulled into the bandwagon. It is also rumored that some of the founding members have left the organization.
