Overview

We have come a long way since our inception in 1984. Our clients include many of the world's leading corporations including major technology and financial services companies, leading corporate entities, private equity funds and financial institutions amongst others. Our approach is to anticipate our client's needs and be partners in their progress.

In 2001, we bagged the Indian Law Firm of the Year award and subsequently in 2002 we received the Asian Law Firm of the Year (Pro-bono) award. Both these awards were under the auspices of International Financial Law Review, a Euro money publication.
