Tandem Integrated Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (TIBS) is a payroll service provider, offering both payroll outsourcing services - for organisations that wish to outsource payroll, and payroll software - for organizations that wish to run payroll internally but are looking for a software application to manage payroll. TIBS serves clients across a variety of sectors, spread all over India.

TIBS focuses on providing payroll services in a manner that enhances the efficiency of the payroll process (by way of quality and timeliness of output) in our client organizations. As a payroll service provider TIBS offers end-to-end services including the following.
* Salary structuring * Payroll processing, including handling statutory calculations * Statutory remittances (Income tax, PF, ESI etc.) * Statutory form filings (Income tax, PF, ESI etc.) * MIS reporting * Payment advice creation and salary disbursal * Conducting “tax camps” to educate employees on provisions available for tax rebates * Tax declaration verification * Payroll claims processing including bills verification

1. Information technology They seem to be among the few companies in India making a living out of delivering an enterprise-class application in the SaaS mode. They are on J2EE with a lot of open-source components thrown in.
They are looking for programmers and team leaders to work on their web application. Even if you are experienced, they may ask you to take an aptitude test. If you have a degree from a top-notch institute, it would be great. However, they are equally enthusiastic about talking to those who may have dropped out of school or failed tenth standard, but can code damn well.
Their lead developer works out of his residence somewhere in Kolkata. He probably feels comfortable programming, in his pyjamas. (What the heck! It is his pyjamas, and the arrangement works well for us too). At this point in time, all other technology positions are based in Chennai. They are quite open to their programmers working from home or any other remote location after they spend some time with their team in Chennai.

2. Payroll operations Our payroll operations team is responsible for payroll output delivery. If you have experience in managing payroll in India either as part of a payroll vendor or as part of a payroll department in a company, they may want to talk to you. They are looking for experienced payroll professionals at all levels. The positions in payroll operations are open in their offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
